Story number 3 for 26 Oct 2000

Posted: 26 October, 2000

With Indonesia's Christian Remnant on the brink of annihilation, Christians around the world are being asked to pray. The International Christian Concern is making a call for prayer on behalf of the approximately 100-thousand Christians on the island of Ambon. Islamic Jihad fighters have swarmed the island and have intensified their efforts to annihilate the remaining Christian population. The Indonesian government has done little to stop the violence and a call for U-N peace-keepers has, so far, been ignored.
