We begin today's newscast in Nigeria where the conflict between Muslims and Christians isn't stopping the work of Medical Ambassadors International. MAI's David Drake just returned from that country where he says the continued desire of Muslim states to impose Muslim law is being met with mixed reaction. "I think it's tense in some areas. I don't think it's tense everywhere. I think in big cities because of population there's just thousand and thousands of people. I their ripe for any type of tension that could arrise." That may be what triggered violence that killed 100 people there last week. Drake says despite that their Community Health Evangelism program continues. "We're presenting the Gospel, but we also help people with community health concepts. And, with every lesson we teach in community health we also teach a spiritual lesson." Drake says the ultimate goal is to lead people to Christ.
