Ukraine (MNN) ― Ira is a 12-year-old girl in Ukraine. She has lived with a disability affecting her legs and can't go to school.

When a Global Aid Network team, in partnership with Wheels for the World, was distributing wheelchairs recently in her area, she came alone.  It was clear that a wheelchair was the best solution to provide mobility for Ira.

Aside from from meeting the physical needs there, the teams were also presenting the Gospel and distributing CarePacks and books.

A CarePack demonstrates and expresses to the child who receives it that God loves him or her individually. For children who have been shuffled through orphanage institutions, these personal gifts make a tremendous impact.

In addition, creating a CarePack can become a family affair, teaching children the value of sharing the Gospel.  Pray that hearts will respond to the hope of Jesus Christ.
