Story number 3 for 13 Nov 2000

Posted: 13 November, 2000

The Greek Evangelical Alliance is asking the international community to pray for 11 pastors from Thessaloniki. These Christian leaders are being charged by local police for operating churches without an official House of Prayer license. They were arrested in December of 1997 under an archaic 1938 law. According to Voice of the Martyrs, the 11 pastors will be in court on December 12th. Similar charges have been levied against 14 other evangelicals.
