Story number 2 for 16 Nov 2000

Posted: 16 November, 2000

Elsewhere, there are reports that Sudan's government continues to target Christians for persecution. On November 5th, as a group of Christians gathered for an Evangelism Explosion leadership training clinic for church leaders, Air Force planes dropped 22 bombs near the church buildings. Incredibly, no one was injured or killed in this attack. Despite the bombing, EE and Frontline Fellowship teams completed the services and the EE workshop. Within an hour of the bombing, the church building was packed to overflowing with joyful, singing Christians.
