And, a group is providing hope to women and their children at a prison in Thailand. Volunteers bring much needed supplies for both mother and child to the prisons. The ministry is part of the Bangkok Metro Team, a missions group that is part of the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention. People Teams in Bangkok is asking Christians to pray that the gifts will be effective in encouraging and reaching the women, many of whom feel alone, forgotten, and unloved in prison.
