Latin America (MNN) ― At Mission Network News, we report on God's work across Latin America almost daily. Demons are being cast out, orphans are being rescued, the hungry are being fed, and lives are being changed by the Gospel.

Stories of transformation come in daily, but sometimes, you have to see it to believe it.

Film can allow us to do just that. It can allow us to see the results of God's Kingdom work around the world without physically taking a trip to Bolivia or Cuba. The need and opportunity for video projects is at an all-time high to help grow and nurture the church.

Aware of the essential part that even short videos can play in missions awareness and motivation, the Evangelical Free Church of America is offering as many as six video producers the opportunity to use their skills in Kingdom-building videos.

According to EFCA ReachGlobal's Web site, in January 2012 the EFCA will send four to six video producers to film interviews, city footage and B-roll in Mexico, Haiti, Brazil, Costa Rica, Peru or Venezuela. Each producer will spend time filming, and then head back to Costa Rica for editing.

The final product will be 1 1/2 - 3 minute promotional videos. The footage will give believers everywhere a taste of God's work in various Latin American countries.

There are a few stipulations for a producer to be considered for the trip. Each applicant must have the following:

  • 3+ years of years of production experience
  • An eye for composition, an ear for the story, and a heart for God
  • All needed equipment for video production

If you believe you not only fit the qualifications for this trip but also have a heart for God's global mission, consider signing up today. Click here to learn more.
