Headlining today's news, despite a renewed state of emergency in Sudan, a U-S based ministry is moving forward with a leadership conference. Global Advance will be holding their Frontline Shepherd's Conference January 22nd through the 26th in Khartoum. Global Advance's David Shibley. "There is a travel advisory against Americans going to Sudan right now. And, so we certainly need the prayers of God's people. But, we believe that the literal thousand of pastors and other church leaders who will be present are going to be tremendously encouraged by the training that they're going to receive." Shibley says these church leaders are hungry to learn how to plant churches and share the Gospel more effectively. "The pastors there are desperate for training. For many of these pastors and church leaders this many be the only official training for ministry that they ever receive."
