Topping the news, as the focus in India now shifts to the shattered earthquake survivors, one group is bringing help to the spiritually traumatized. Sammy Tippit is bringing the hope of the soul to India and Pakistan. He believes the quake did more than just shake the ground. "Over the past two years, there's been a lot of persecution of believers in India. Yet, I believe that God is just opening the hearts of people. They're wanting aid; they're wanting help. It's been amazing. We planned this trip a year in advance, not knowing what was going to take place at this moment. I believe that God has us strategically positioned to come with this message of hope in this critical moment in India." Tippit says during the country's great suffering, the burden of leadership falls on the church. He says demand for spiritual equipment and tools has been overwhelming. "Pray for the pastors and leaders that there will be a spirit of revival that would grip them, and that the revival would spread throughout the whole Christian community."
