Story number 3 for 12 Apr 2002

Posted: 12 April, 2002

When peace talks collapsed in Colombia between the guerrillas and the government, increasing violence was anticipated. According to Voice of the Martyrs, one group against whom the violence seems to have taken a dramatic increase is Christians. Aside from murder and kidnapping, numerous threats have been made against pastors, missionaries, and evangelists. Pray for the continued growth of the Church in Colombia and for boldness to stand against the forces of darkness.
