Next, there are reports that Kazakhstan's President is not going to appeal against the Constitutional Court's decision on a restrictive religion law. According to Keston News, proposed amendments to the law on religion are at odds with the country's constitution. A number of church leaders and missionaries have welcomed the decision, although some fear the process of trying to amend the country's religion law could begin all over again.
