Story number 4 for 9 Oct 2002

Posted: 9 October, 2002

We turn next to Liberia, where looting and vandalism in the wake of fighting this spring has left a hospital's resources depleted. World Vision Liberia reports that the facility was in a recovery period, and in need of help. In response, the agency took medicines and supplies to the Phebe Hospital in Bong County. Given the critical needs of the hospital, the latest assistance was timely. Team members say that through their help, World Vision shows the love of Jesus Christ and the hope of the Gospel.
