And, Operation Blessing's faith-based grant award will target hunger relief across America. The grant is part of President Bush's community and faith-based initiative known as the 'Compassion Capital Fund'. Operation Blessing will use the monies to train and equip a network of 120 smaller relief groups across the United States. Their goal is to better meet the physical and spiritual needs of impoverished families and individuals.
