Christians around the world are being encouraged to pray for believers in Iraq. According to Words of Hope, the Middle East Reformed Fellowship has been able to have phone contact with Christians in Iraq. Worship services are being held, but attendance has been weak. One man was caught up in an explosion from a cruse missile in Baghdad and was seriously injured, but his injuries were not life-threatening. The government has assigned extra security forces to all Christian churches in most cities.
