Next, the Gospel message will continue to be broadcast over shortwave radio from Saipan. The Far East Broadcasting Company learned this week that the government voted to grant a fifteen-year operating extension for radio station KFBS. The lease extension process is normally extremely difficult, FEBC's director says God's hand was evident in many circumstances. KFBS's location allows the short wave signals to travel long distances from Saipan at night, which are peak listening hours for many.
