Bangladesh (MNN) ― What at first seemed a random act of violence against IN Network--Bangladesh, may now have been somewhat more calculated.
According to the latest report, three robbers surprised IN staff member Daniel Sarkar as he came out of a bank with about three-thousand dollars (USD). One of them shot Sarkar and another grabbed the money. The trio fled on motorcycle, and as yet, have not been caught.
Sarkar, meanwhile, has undergone two surgeries, but is recovering well. The concern is now for IN Networks' programs in Bangladesh that are in jeopardy as a result of the robbery. Please pray for God's provision.
