Compassion currently employs 480 people; the tower, when full, could bring the ministry's head count to nearly 1,000.
But it won't stop there. There are more long-term growth plans. Compassion's headquarters sits on a 47-acre campus in Colorado Springs, Colorado. That means the agency built-in the ability to expand further, and their forecast calls for growth that would see a staff of nearly three thousand.
Part of the growth comes as a direct response to the Great Commission. Compassion teams work to help the children become fulfilled Christian adults.
