We begin today's newscast in Indonesia where violence in the Moluccas has created waves of refugees. A ferry carrying hundreds from the jihad sank late last week, and searchers have found a few survivors. Voice of the Martyrs' Todd Nettleton says this is a progression of the holy war. "In the area of the Moluccas, the majority of the people there have been Christians. Now it seems that some radical Muslims are attacking in an effort to drive the Christians out of that area of Indonesia. Many of the people on the ferry were Christians, and so, that loss of life are just some more victims of the violence in Indonesia." Nettleton says there is much to pray for. "As this boat accident shows, even once they escape the violence, there are still a lot of things that can happen. So I think we can pray for their safety, we can pray for their encouragement that in spite of the persecution that they will remain strong and that they will keep the faith."
