The Southern Baptist International Mission Board reports that retired missionaries Wendall and Jane Parker will return to the Central American country to begin a chronological Bible "storying" program. The initiative will target the K'ekchi (kuh-EHK-chee) people in Guatemala and Belize. The Parkers will have access to 60 unevangelized villages in the region.
