Egypt (MNN)–SAT-7 is pleased that the “Alpha” program will begin airing on the channel next month.

“Alpha” is a Bible study program used in churches around the world for evangelism and discipleship. A subtitled Arabic version was launched in Egypt this past spring.

Topics include: “Why should I believe the Bible?” “Who is Jesus?” “Why am I here?” and “Does God Exist?” The structure of the non-broadcast program includes a meal, fellowship, discussion and biblically-based teaching.

For the broadcast, audience response is encouraged, and met through active co-operation with local churches and other agencies who provide a network of contact centers.

Continue to pray for Middle Eastern believers who often face discrimination for their faith.
