Global Aid Network needs help on special mission trip

By July 1, 2010

Ukraine (MNN) — Global Aid Network is ramping up for a
September outreach to the disabled in northeast Ukraine.

A team is forming, although they still have an urgent need
for physical and occupational therapists to help on the trip. Doctors and chair mechanics are also needed.

The mission team will go to Sumy to distribute 200 wheelchairs
for disabled individuals in orphanages, schools, and hospitals. In addition, other non-medical mission
participants are needed to distribute, to pray, and to do administrative tasks while
the chairs are being fitted.

The team will also
give out aid and share the Gospel message through partnerships with local
ministries and churches.

Ukraine is a key supplier of missionaries, press printing,
and a center of evangelical training for all the countries of the former Soviet
Union where the legal environment is not as favorable.
