Spring Project will cater to several needs

By November 27, 2008

USA (MNN) — Global Aid
Network
will be holding its Spring Work Project March 4 – 11 this year.

Volunteers will help load crates with
humanitarian aid that's sent around the world to further ministry outreach. The items supplied by GAiN USA are used on
mission trips and sent in response to natural disasters such as earthquakes and
hurricanes.

Humanitarian aid has also opened doors for the Gospel in limited
access countries. Over the past 17 years, GAiN USA has sent over $125 million
worth of humanitarian aid to nations in Africa, Central Asia, the Midle East,
Russia, and more.

In the Global Aid
Network warehouse facility in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, items are received, packed and shipped by
volunteers. Items are shipped in 40-foot containers, and supplies include shoes,
vegetable seeds, school materials, clothing, teddy bears, and other aid. Crates
are delivered by teams of believers to needy orphans, invalids, prisoners and families
in poverty.

GAiN USA expresses a
great need for volunteer workers as emergency response and the call for mission
items is ongoing. If you'd like to volunteer for the Spring Work Project, click
