Topping today’s news, the war in the Democratic Republic of the Congo moves into a third year with no sign of an end despite a 1999 peace deal. Grace Ministries International’s Sam Vinton. “The accord has all the different warring parties getting together and trying to come up with some kind of a solution for the country; and, everything I see does not go in that direction. I personally feel it is complete anarchy.” Vinton adds that Congo churches are growing, despite poor security and lack of supplies. A 15-day visit to Pangi-area churches will go ahead as planned. “I received a letter from a man who is the head of our evangelism department (there), and he said sometimes it’s dangerous because, “they strip us and they try and rob us. They say we don’t have anything for them to rob anymore, so we just go on and do the work that the Lord has given to us.” ” Please pray for the church leaders’ safety.
