The Finish Line

By February 28, 2013

International (MNN) — Bible translations take years to finish. The toughest part for many: the finish line. It is a time when many translation teams are faced with challenges and sometime setbacks leading up to the completion of the Bible translation.

Every year, Wycliffe Bible Translators–along with IMC departments–publish prayer guides about translation projects around the world that are nearing completion. The guide, called "The Finish Line," lists all the various locations and languages that translators are working on, and how you can pray for them specifically.

"The Finish Line" is available online and in print. Click here.

Pray that God will use "The Finish Line" to inspire prayer for Bible translation throughout the year. Ask God to prepare the hearts of all who receive the Word of God.
