Two-week mission trips enough to whet your missions appetite

By January 18, 2011

International (MNN) — Summer is always a great time to go to new places and try new things. But instead of going to your typical vacation hot spot this summer, why not take a trip with a purpose?

The JESUS Film Project is sending dozens of teams in 2011 for two weeks at a time. 800 participants will venture across the globe to bring the message of Christ to unreached people groups by teaching, distributing literature and showing the "JESUS" film.

Trips will go out across the globe. Participants can apply to venture to Niger, Mali, Angola, Cameroon, Mozambique, England, France, Spain, the Middle East and more.

There really is not an age limit for the two-week trips. Students and recent graduates may find this to be the perfect opportunity to explore the mission field. Adults may want to serve God's kingdom with their spouse or children.

Whatever the reason may be, JESUS Film Project believes that people at any stage of life can make a difference in advancing the Gospel.

JESUS Film Project trips are taking place throughout 2011, so if a Spring Break trip or Fall break trip will better fit your schedule, there are plenty of opportunities there as well. To view a full list of short-term opportunities with the JESUS Film Project, click here.
