Vietnam (MNN) — Open Doors launches a letter writing campaign

Vietnam (MNN) — Open Doors, a worldwide ministry to the Persecuted Church – is launching a letter writing campaign for Pastor Nguyen Hong Quang and 5 other Vietnamese Mennonites who are currently imprisoned on false charges.
Quang has been missing for some time now and Vietnamese authorities have been spreading misinformation through Vietnamese diplomats, newspaper reports and a government website.

Vietnam is ranked #4 on Open Doors’ World Watch List which ranks countries worldwide for the severity of persecution against Christians. Those that wish to encourage imprisoned Christians through letter writing need to follow various guidelines. The letters will be read by the prison authorities first and Open Doors is praying that their lives may even be impacted for Christ.
