The Mission of SFM is to set captives free from bondage in spirit, soul, and body through Christ’s power, as we bring God’s healing and freedom to hurting people worldwide.SFM_Silhouette

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the Gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, and to proclaim liberty to the captives…” (Luke 4:18). What Jesus spoke many years ago remains true for His servants today! We are His hands, His feet, His mouthpiece, so that He may accomplish His good work. This is what Set Free Ministries is all about.

The vision of SFM is to set captives free from a life of sin and into faithful disciples of Jesus Christ.

SGA connects North American Christians — like you — with individual church-planting missionaries, and helps to send them out to live, work, and proclaim the Gospel. They have a tremendous advantage because they already know the language, culture, and local needs and opportunities. You can have an exciting part in this life-changing fulfillment of the Great Commission!

Preparing faithful pastors, teachers, youth leaders, and children’s workers for lifetimes of ministry is vital. SGA is helping meet this great need for the church of today and tomorrow by sponsoring evangelical seminaries in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.

SGA helps the forgotten of Russia, the former Soviet countries of Eastern Europe, and Central Asia by caring for the physical needs of the poor, distressed, and dispirited. Our ministries not only provide vital life essentials, they also help open the door for missionary pastors and other church workers to share the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ.
