My prayers are with you Mrs. Abedini and with your husband. Jesus radically saved him for the purpose and plan He has for him and I know that many are thankful that he is being that “light” in the darkness. My heart breaks for him because of what he is going through and I don’t even know him, so I can only imagine the pain you are going through. May God give you strength each and every day and carry you and your children through this time. MY desire also is for him to be released unharmed to you and your children and as Gerardo stated, do what I can do for his release, Let us give thanks to God for those who have now passed from death to life and will spend eternity with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through the suffering and the witness of your husband. May our God of Peace continue to comfort and strengthen you Nagmeh.

We are blessed to have such pastors in our world at this present time! Through men such as Saeed Abedini, this continues to show that, despite the persecution of our brothers and sisters around the world, God is still in control of every single event in our lives! This man could have easily taken his light and buried it during his time in prison to lighten the heavy abuses he has endured. Instead:
“But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.” -Genesis 50:20
I’ll still pray and do what I can for this man’s release, but let us give thanks to God, for he has sent a worker into the harvest, to reap the fruits for our Lord Jesus Christ!
