Broadcasts provide discipleship materials to help the church.

India (MNN) — American evangelist Sammy Tippit recently traveled to India for a marathon – a preaching marathon.

In three days, Tippit preached and filmed 20 broadcasts in Hindi. Simultaneously those broadcasts were translated into Tamil and Telegu, for a total of 60 messages that will reach three key languages in India.

Tippit’s desire is to produce discipleship and leadership materials for the growing Christian community in India. He has partnered with Good News Television for several years to help bring about that goal of strengthening the church.

There are plans to place the discipleship and leadership series of broadcasts on Sammy Tippit Ministries’ website by mid summer. They hope to also add several more key languages that will be of benefit to the growing Asian churches.

These broadcasts will help reach countless numbers of people with the Gospel. Pray for Tippit as he repeats this preaching marathon in other major Asian languages.
