I have no idea how I would have been after years of torture and isolation, but if I in weakness and pain in body, soul, and spirit recanted my faith in the Lord, I would want others to love me and pray for me. I have been praying that The Lord would visit him and, like He did with Peter, ask him if he loved Him, and to bring this broken son back into fellowship with Him again. I also prayed that the Lord would heal him, and give him great joy and boldness which will encourage the brothers and sisters, and cause his persecutors to know they are not up against flesh and blood but against a Holy God who lives inside and loves His children.
