European ministries struggle financially

By April 5, 2004

Europe (MNN)–The economy in the United States is having a great impact on ministries in Europe. Greater Europe Missionsays their ministries have been exploding but now they are faced with making budget cuts.

Last spring, they had to shut down their ongoing Leadership Training in Ekaterinburg. Now, their 30 MOPs groups (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers) face a cut-off of funding, and the 26 new Local Training Centers of their National Women’s Ministries entered the new year with no money in the budget for them.

It is a bit discouraging, but they are looking to the Lord and waiting for His timing to complete His work there.
