Menustah should leave. The senate should have elections. Someone should help Haitians choose an honest leader who knows what he is doing. Haiti needs to start from scratch. Their new leaders need to prioritize. What to do first? Toilets and plumbing throughout the country? Good highways? Education for all children? Proper medical facilities? Building standards that will withstand earthquakes? Micro-loans to small businesses? Support for the farmers so they can rebuild the agriculture sector? I would suggest they kick out the NGOs. Make them illegal. Many of them are corrupt. Don't let foreign countries do things in Haiti unless the leaders request help. Let the leaders tell what they need. The leaders are there to lead and they must do so. The leaders must safeguard the resources of Haiti for the people and not take them for themselves.
