IN Network vaults through an intense weekend, building relationship in the Czech Republic.

Czech Republic (MNN)–IN Network just held a weekend retreat for kids with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, commonly known as ‘ADHD’, in the Czech Republic.

Many of the children also have other problems in addition to the usual hyperactivity and attention disorders. They take pills to calm themselves down, and many of them come from various disrupted families.

IN’s staff youth worker, Martin Stavjanik, was the main leader for a weekend retreat. As a whole, the ministry team decided a year ago that they would work with these children long-term so they could build deeper relationships with them.

Stavjanik writes, “This has often led them to come to us in crisis situations for advice or help. I am praying for them and for opportunities to speak with them openly about my faith.”

Pray for the team in the aftermath as they look for openings to speak openly about their faith and disciple new Christians.
