Point of aid shifts ministry opportunities in the CIS.

By November 13, 2006

CIS (MNN)–Slavic Gospel Association is shifting to an in-country focus on how they’re helping Bible-preaching churches across the Commonwealth of Independent States get humanitarian aid.

As winter deepens across the CIS, churches try to respond to the community needs as well as keeping their leaders warm enough to continue outreach. Many missionaries in these regions have been known to walk several hours a day to reach new places with the Gospel.

SGA is trying to move away from importing goods from North America, due to expense.

Pray for the funds needed to make aid distributions available on an as-needed basis. Click here if you want to help provide funding aid.
