The 60/70 Window descriptions spoke volumes about ministry needs in the Far North. As one who spent 22 years in Alaska with most of it in full-time ministry, the rigors of living in the high latitude villages are not appreciated. We hear much about the 10/40 window with good reason – this is where most of the unreached population of the world resides. But we need to remember that Jesus also spoke of the “one” who wandered away from the 99 as well. For health and family reasons I now live in Colorado but use every opportunity to encourage those interested in full-time ministry to consider this underserved region. Thanks for this good write-up!
