
Indonesia (MNN)–Recent quakes rumbling the coast of Indonesia raised the specter of tsunami. The area is being rebuilt, although survivors are still dealing emotionally and spiritually with their loss.
In North Sumatra, one of the worst hit tsunami areas, Back to the Bible launched a new radio station in November. The station is the direct result of answered prayers and was provided through relief funds that came into Back to the Bible after the tsunami hit a year ago.
Several programs are being aired currently, one of which is a live call-in program. In the future, There are hopes to see another broadcast in another language spoken in the north.
The message of hope they’re broadcasting is resonating with listeners, many of whom write asking difficult questions. Response has nearly tripled since November.
