Spring work project supports missions’ trips.

By March 31, 2006

USA (MNN)–Global Aid Network is issuing a call for helpers for a Spring Work Project.

With mission trips planned this summer to Moldova, Tajikistan, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Uganda, GAiN-USA needs as much help as they can to ready aid shipments.

With more than $46 million worth of humanitarian aid being sent out over the last 15 years, a staff of 25 can’t keep up with the demand. Supplies include food, medicine, medical equipment, clothing, and shoes. They are being sent to the former Soviet Union and other countries around the world.

Christians deliver the supplies personally, which means someone needs to help get the 40-foot shipping containers sent.

Spiritual hope will also be given through the Gospel as they coordinate relief efforts with ministries in the area. Requests for aid are coming in from numerous countries and the need to prepare items for missions and emergency response is ongoing.

If you would like to help with the spring work project, contact Global Aid Network through their information listed below.
