(USA)–Prayer and spiritual “first aid” is the focus of a prayer and counseling center that opened recently in New York City. The Metropolitan District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance is partnering with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan’s Purse in providing this needed service. John Soper is the superintendent of the district. Soper is convinced that God intends to use the terror attacks on the U-S to soften the hearts of thousands and bring many to Himself.
