(Australia)–You could call it a real-life ‘Reality Check’. “Research has shown us that Australia has one of the highest youth suicide rates in the world. People feel alienated, disconnected, and so they want to be able to know God, to be able to find Him, and be able to see relevancy and a connection between the Bible and their everyday life.” That’s Trans World Radio’s Rich Greene. Although statistics are grim, that means there is a huge mission field to reach with the hope of Christ. In fact, Greene says their radio outreach, called ‘The Reality Zone’ is celebrating their one-year anniversary this week. “People can pray that God would continue to use this program, be able to not only minister in a very unique way, but also raise up the next generation of leadership, throughout not only Australia, but through the rest of the world, because this program is being aired in other parts of the world, and this is really exciting for us.”
