(Zimbabwe)–Meanwhile, the World Food Program has resumed the distribution of food aid to drought-ravaged parts of Zimbabwe. The relief was suspended a week before the presidential election. However, mass starvation remains a threat in several drought- stricken Southern African countries. World Vision is among the groups responding to the needs in the worst drought facing the country since 1992. The agency fulfills its mission by sharing the love of Christ through compassion ministries.
