(International)–We turn next to the issue of at-risk children. The Latin America Mission is trying help raise awareness of the plight of two billion children around the world. LAM is encouraging individuals and churches to participate in the World Wide Day of Prayer for children-at-risk, scheduled for Saturday, June 1. The event is sponsored by Viva Network, working with thousands of Christian organizations to address the physical and social needs of children and to share the Gospel with them.
