Story number 4 for 26 Dec 2001

(USA)–Next, the International Bible Society is releasing a new part in their “People of the Book” series. The stories are taken directly from Scripture and reformatted to make them more appealing and easy to read. Statistics have shown that there is a rise in Biblical illiteracy in the U.S. IBS hopes to use this new series as a means to get people more interested in reading Scripture. The first two volumes highlight David and Moses. Additional volumes of other key men and women of the Bible are also in development.
