(International)–And, there’s a global crisis looming. Worldwide Christian School’s Dale Dieleman says finding quality teachers in countries around the around the world is a major problem. “Not only with qualified teachers, but with qualified committed Christian teachers. It’s going to be, I think, the challenge for the next generation of organizations that are working with schools that have already been established and with each new one coming along you then have the challenge of outfitting that school again with qualified teachers.” However, their focus is finding quality Christian educators, who want to impact their communities. “The kind of training we’re talking about is also infusing Christian perspectives – what does it mean to be a Christian teacher. This is, for some teachers, is a brand new ‘ah-ha’ type experience where it really becomes ministry.”
