(USA)–Meanwhile, 40 church representatives in New York City participated in a conference that will help them be better prepared for post-traumatic stress, and disasters in the future. International Aid hosted the special conference, which ended yesterday. The conference addressed issues such as the spiritual framework for church trauma care, how to introduce scripture during times of crisis, working with children and disaster preparedness. The conference, will assist churches as they reach out in the days ahead.
