(Latin America)–And, Christian Camping International has a new director for its Latin American office and it’s a missionary with Latin America Mission. LAM’s Ken MacHarg reports. “Robert Bruneau began his camping career when he was four years old. His dad, a Panamanian pastor, took church groups to the Baptist camp at Santa Clara where Robert would later serve as a counselor, volunteer coordinator and eventually director. Now, as the newly appointed director of Christian Camping International/Latin America, he is working to help camp personnel throughout the region. Robert says, “I know what it’s like when camp directors want to impact the camper’s life and they don’t know how to do it.” Camp directors report that thousands of young people make decisions for Christ and set their career goals at Christian camps. Robert says, “CCI is a Christ-centered association with a biblical structure and a vision to supply the needs of church and camping leaders.” For Mission Network News, I’m Ken MacHarg.”
