(Mexico)–And finally, churches in Mexico are reaching out to the spiritual needs of people. Bible League officials say more than 100-thousand Mexicans participated in their Project Philip program. The Bible League trains local church members to invite neighbors to a Bible study. While learning about the Bible, many come to know Christ and join local churches. The Bible League has a goal of reaching one-million people this year in Mexico City alone. They hope to expand the program to Monterrey next year.
