(Haiti)–And, Farms International recently launched a very special project in Haiti involving a tree. The Moringa tree’s leaves are very high in protein and can be used both as food for humans and as animal fodder. FARMS, in cooperation with Family Life Outreach in Haiti, is using the tree to help rural Christian families grow hybrid pigs using the Moringa tree as the primary feed. Pray for this project, it has the potential of helping hundreds of Christian families to better their lives as well as to empower their churches.
