And finally, more than 26-million people will be the targets of evangelistic radio programming in Mexico City. International Broadcaster Trans World Radio began airing Christian programming last week. TWR’s Richard Greene. “Trans World Radio’s been basically knocking on the door of Mexico City for the last several years and god has now opened up a door for us to broadcast locally within the world’s second most populous city.” Greene says they’ll be transmitting their programming on a powerful radio transmitter. He describes the programming. “It’s a combination of programming for women as well as contemporary current events issue from a Biblical perspective and so we believe that this is a new ministry for us that we’re very, very excited about.” TWR believes this program will help churches as they reach out to the lost in Mexico.
