During Mission India’s 10-Day Children’s Bible Clubs, they introduce kids to the Gospel through skits, songs, and prayer. Bartholomew with Mission India says, “Oftentimes, these kids are coming from non-Christian backgrounds. So families for the first time have to kind of answer the question of whether or not they want their kids to learn about Jesus.”

Once these kids are allowed to go to a 10-Day Children’s Bible Club, many of them start relationships with Christ. This can trigger a ripple effect in which whole families come to know Jesus.

Bartholomew says, “We get stories all the time that come through and to me, they’re just so powerful because you’re hearing kids that are learning about Jesus and they go home and they go tell their mom and dad and family about it.”

Throughout December, Mission India has their Christmas Joy Matching Challenge. Every dollar donated to their 10-Day Children’s Bible Clubs will be matched up to $425,000.

Tomorrow is also Giving Tuesday, a great time to give to Mission India!

“If you provide $10, that’s going to double. If you provide $100, that’s 200 children that will be able to come to a 10-Day Children’s Bible Club.”

If the match is maxed out, 850,000 kids in India will attend a 10-Day Children’s Bible Club next year — and change the spiritual landscape of entire families for Christ.

Bartholomew says, “I’m often reminded of the verse Matthew 19:14 where Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs is such as these.’ By you giving a gift and by you investing in that, you’re allowing these kids to have the opportunity to go to Bible Club.”

Even if you can’t give, Mission India also deeply values your prayers.

“Pray that when they attend that their hearts and minds would be open, and God in the next few weeks and months will prepare those kids to hear the saving truth of Jesus. Also just pray for their families, may they be open and receptive to their kids attending.”
