Story number 3 for 5 Aug 2002

(Sri Lanka)–The Evangelical Alliance of Sri Lanka, The Evangelical Fellowship of Asia, and The Voice of the Martyrs are calling upon believers from around the world to remember two Sri Lankan Christians who have been held since April by Saudi religious police. The prisoners are being pressured to reveal the identities of other Christians. Please pray for their safe release, and that God would encourage them during this time. Pray too, that Sri Lankan authorities would intervene on their behalf.
